A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum

While you are in Park City skiing and snowboarding on all our fresh powder, here’s some evening fun to check out!
Park City’s Egyptian Theatre at 328 Main is gearing up for A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum-Feb 13th thru March 21st. This naughty, bawdy, high energy, laugh-a-minute Greek musical romp follows a slave named Psuedolus and his attempts to win his freedom by helping his young master Hero woo the girl next door Philia . Written by Stephen Sondheim, Burt Shevelove, and Larry Gilbert of TV’s Mash Fame—Forum fills the stage with beautiful courtesans, goofy protean’s, pompous warriors, mis-identities, love potions and lecherous old men! Leave your troubles at the door and as the play says—tragedy tomorrow, comedy tonight! Come relax and laugh a lot! It plays from 7:30-9:30pm.  Tickets are ON-SALE NOW online at ParkCityShows.com or you can call 435-649-9371.
