Rooms & Rates
Sized for comfort and relaxation, guest rooms average 350 square feet and offer lodge pole pine furnishings, comfortable sitting areas and some rooms, a fireplace. There is a furnished deck bringing the alpine splendor in during the spring, summer and fall. Rooms have plush bathrobes, LCD television, eco friendly amenities, in-room safe and complimentary wireless Internet access. Year-round, heated outdoor hot tub. All our rooms are named for ski runs at Park City Mountain Resort!
And, some things that aren’t in your room but there for the asking:
- backpacks
- guest refrigerator
- boot dryer
- bike rack/bike stand
- computer/printer
- And all the other stuff… toothbrush/toothpaste, hairbrush, hairspray, razors, needle/thread.
- Whatever you need, we probably have it. If we don’t, we’ll go get it.

Silver SkisThis cozy room has a queen bed and its own bathroom. It shares a shower with Quit-N-Time and there is a phone in-between two rooms. Both of these rooms are welcoming and offer loads of privacy. Silver Skis and Quit-N-Time share a shower for the two rooms. This is a large shower room offering lot’s of privacy and great amenities.

The fine print:
- Your stay may be charged to MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
- Refunds can take up to 15 days depending on your credit card.
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow exceptions to the above policies. We are a small, 4 room Inn and do not have the flexibility of large chain lodging. We strongly suggest you invest in comprehensive Travel Insurance to offset the cost of an unexpected cancellation.
WINTER POLICY (Nov. 25 – April 15)
DEPOSIT A 50& deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please note, your credit card will be billed accordingly. If your arrival is within 30 days of booking then the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will have 1/2 the deposit refunded less a $50 handling fee (per room). Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire stay. Check-out prior to scheduled departure date constitutes a cancellation, and is non-refundable.
SUMMER POLICY (April 16th – Nov 24)
DEPOSIT A two night deposit is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS Cancellations make less than 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.
