Policies

We look forward to your stay at Old Town Guest House. Before your stay please review our policies.

  • Your stay may be charged to MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
  • Refunds can take up to 15 days depending on your credit card.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow exceptions to the above policies.  We are a small, 4 room Inn and do not have the flexibility of large chain lodging.  We strongly suggest you invest in comprehensive Travel Insurance to offset the cost of an unexpected cancellation.

WINTER POLICY (Nov. 25 – April 15)

DEPOSIT  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Please note, your credit card will be billed accordingly.  If your arrival is within 30 days of booking then the entire balance is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS  Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will have 1/2 the deposit refunded less a $50 handling fee (per room).  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire stay.  Check-out prior to scheduled departure date constitutes a cancellation, and is non-refundable.

SUMMER POLICY  (April 16th – Nov 24)

DEPOSIT  A two night deposit is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.
