Telemark Tuesday’s

Ever wanted to give telemark skiing a try? Tuesday nights from January 10,
2012 through March 20, 2012, from 5pm – 7pm, you can join us under the lights of
Payday and First Time lifts. This lesson is designed for those who have never
telemarked skied or are working on their stance.

“Learn to Telemark” Lesson includes a First
Time lift ticket and is $30. Purchase at the Payday ticket windows by 5pm and
meet at the bottom of the Payday Lift at 5pm. 1/2 price telemark rentals are
available at White Pine Touring at 1790 Bonanza Dr. 435-649-8710.

Here comes Santa Claus

On December 17, Park City Mountain Resort welcomes Santa Claus into Park City as he descends from the top of the mountain down the Town lift. Guests are invited to arrive around 5:00 p.m. to enjoy hot cocoa, cookies, Christmas carols and a live holiday performance. Santa and his reindeer will fly their sled full of goodies onto the Town Lift Plaza around 6:15 p.m.

The ski season in Park City, Utah is off to a great start with Park
City Mountain Resort
opening day and traditional first chair celebration
this past weekend.  Canyons
Resort
will be opening on Friday the 25th, and the following weekend, Deer
Valley Resort
on December 3rd.  Park City received 9 ” of new
snow
in the last 72 hours, and with another storm on the
way, you can expect excellent conditions over the Thanksgiving holiday.
