4 Feet of Snow has fallen!

Greetings Friends, Well it seems mother nature is hiking up her skirt and kicking some serious butt. While the East cries “uncle”, out west the mood was lighter. Winter enthusiasts cheered when a huge wet system swept into the western states. Almost four feet of snow has fallen in the mountains of Utah. The outdoor community dusted off skis, snowboards and snowshoes in anticipation of a better winter season than last year. As I write, the sound of explosives are echoing across the mountains as the ski patrols do their avalanche mitigation. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope the pacific storms keep churning.
